last aug. we rented a car from sund-thursday for about $78.. it was a compact... from alamo at the swan and dolphin... now im getting a rate for $267!!! Is it b.c its is so far in advance? Do prices drop as you get closer???

I would definitely keep checking because I am paying that for a Premium at the airport for 7 days.
