Rental Car lots at MCO questions?

We are renting Emerald Reserve from National. Were coming in on B side. I know we come down one level from baggage claim and the MCO website map shows a tunnel to the parking garages. If you take this tunnel what level does that put you on in the garages. The MCO site map shows rentals on level 1 & 2. What level do we need to be on for National. Its not a big deal for my family to go up down stairs and escelators but my MIL is traveling with us and has leg problems (refuses wheelchair) and the less walking the better.

The tunnel is closed. You need to walk out and street level and walk across the street to the parking garage.

Go down to level one. Look for the National counter. Exit the building through the doors across from the counter and walk across the street at the crosswalk (2 lanes). National is on the left as you enter the garage on the first level.
