Rental Car for 2 days?

We are staying at BWV in early december and would like to rent a car for a couple of days. What would be the best way to rent one? Do they bring the vehicle to the resort or do they take me to the rental car facility? How much does it usually cost? thanks

There are at least 3 rental agencies that you can rent from that have locations on Disney property. The easiest for you may be National/Alamo over at the Swolphin since you could just walk over there to get the car. But Avis (which has a desk at the Hilton in Hotel Plaza) has a courtesy van that will come and pick you up when you rent and also bring you back on the return day. We've used them often.

Since you are staying at the BWVs, I'd make advance reservations with either National or Alamo (to try and get the cheapest rate since they vary weekly). Then when you're ready to pick up your car, just walk over to the Dolphin to their rental desk (in the lobby) and get your car - really quick and easy!!!

FYI - Hours there are 8am-4pm. HTH!!!
