Rental car after visit to RPR

We will need a rental car after our 3 days at RPR to get to Disney, to come back to Universal to visit friends for a day, and to take our son to airport in Sanford. We wouild like the car for one week only (our vacation is 3 days at Universal and 9 nights at Disney).
This rental car business is new to us.

Onsite there is a Hertz, but be forewarned, it's expensive (paying for the convenience)

Across the street from PBH, there is a Holiday Inn Universal with a Budget there. They have the 'pick you up' service (I'm pretty sure) and are reasonable. We get a rental from there every year.
