Rental Agency with cars on ground level

I can't remember which agencies have their cars located on the ground floor. I know from previous visits we went up an escalator but prefer one on the ground level, bad knee, less walking is preferred. Can someone help me with this information please.

No, but at least on one side of the airport there's an elevator behind the escalator. I can't see that the other side would be any different.
