Are renters able call and confirm their reservation? I have a renter who would like to call and verify the reservation, which I am completely fine with. Will that reservation show in the CRO system since they can not call MS?

I don't believe they can call- there is a link for them to verify online plus they can add the confirmation number into there DME account and know that it is valid.

MDE (or MDX) = My Disney Experience

The renter can establish a My Disney Experience account online and enter the confirmation number to confirm the reservation has been made.
