rent car under age 25

I am under 25, plan to travel with my boy friend. I have browsed some of the town car services...it seems to me that "you get more people and you save more".

So i am considering the alternative of renting a car for transportation. But just wonder if there is a rental car company does not add "young driver fee" or the additional fee is within reasonable amount? (not as much as $15-20 a day!)
