Rent a Scooter

My family is going to Disneyland this summer, and my mother is coming with us. My mom needs a scooter. There are companies in Florida that you can use to rent a scooter that is delivered to your resort. Are there companies like this that provide this service at Disneyland?

Yes there are.
If you are staying at one of the Disneyland hotels then I recommend Deckert's.
If you are staying off-site and Deckert's doesn't deliver to the where you are staying then I recommend Select Scooter.
I have used both many times.

We had a very positive experience with Deckert that my wife had to use this summer. Scooter was almost brand new and the team at Sheraton we're great, even stored it so we didn't have to get it to/from the room.

If you will be staying on site, the only company that can deliver to Bell Services is Scooter Bug (same as with the on site hotels at WDW). Deckert's (which gets great reviews here) can deliver to the hotel if you meet them in person. They cannot leave the scooter at Bell Services for you. I'm not sure how delivery works for the off site hotels. It would be good to ask about this when you call them.

The change happened earlier this year, first at WDW, then at DLR. This thread is mainly for WDW, but it shows when the policy changed: New Vendor Drop-Off Policy? Update: CONFIRMED exclusive drop off vendor = Scooterbug.

When we stayed at Castle Inn & Suites, the hotel took care of all the arrangements. They had the scooter delivered, charged it every night for us in their lobby, and had it picked up when we left. We didn't have to do a thing. You might ask at whichever hotel you are staying.

It started Dec 1st. Dale and Rick will work to meet you still though. It is being researched as to whether this is discrimination as other services can "drop" items for you (Amazon, grocery services), however disability services are limited to Scooter Bug, which is more expensive and less reliable than other vendors. Also, if my son arrives and "accepts" my scooter from Decert's, bell services will take it from him and store it for me.... But they won't accept it directly from Deckerts.
