renovations?

hi, i've read that the dolphin is undergoing renovations. anyone know when they will be completed? also, is the swan included in these renovations? any dates on when that will be finished? thanks in advance.

The Dolphin is undergoing a $75 million expansion.
Expansion is mainly in the convention complex of the resort including a new ball room.
Also the resort is getting room makeovers featuring " Westin Heavenly Beds".

I think I heard it was going to take a couple of years for the expansion to be completed 2-3??
