Renovated hotel rooms

Hello all! I’m looking to book one of the three DL hotels, leaning toward Paradise Pier or Disneyland Hotel. We may get a standard room or a one bedroom suite, not sure yet. I saw some of the Disneyland Hotel rooms have been renovated. Is that true if all the rooms, even the suites? Have the PP rooms also been renovated? TIA!

I can’t swear to it, but I think all the Disneyland Hotel rooms have been renovated at this point. But I’m not sure.

Either way though, be prepared for a barrage of recommendations that you choose the Disneyland Hotel over Paradise Pier.

I don’t dislike Paradise Pier as much as a lot of people around here, but between the two, if you can swing the extra cost of the Disneyland Hotel, stay there. It’s closer, has better amenities, and is more classic.

I am definitely leaning toward Disneyland Hotel, especially if we opt for a suite. The cost difference between one bedroom suites at the two hotels is not very much.

I haven’t stayed in a suite at the DLH myself, but the standard rooms were definitely renovated just before our stay in August, and a CM at the hotel told me the entire hotel had been renovated near the end of the covid shutdown before they reopened. We also stayed in November. Everything looks so nice!

I wish I took more photos, I have to remember next time! But the carpets, wallpaper and floors throughout the DLH look so nice.
