Renovated Holiday Inn DTD

I see that the Holiday Inn in Downtown Disney is being renovated and will start accepting reservations in February. It looks nice on the website and not a bad price. Anybody know anything about this hotel or heard any buzz on this?

Grand opening for this hotel is scheduled for February 4th.

I'm interested in this also, we are getting in 2 days early for our Nov trip and I have over 200K in priority points to use. I hope the reviews of this place are good .

Just be aware that this hotel,as been closed for ,i think approx. 4 years now.
And it has change name twice since the closing, and sold "new grand opening" bookings for over one year now.
People ,wondering why on earth this hotel NEWER reopens.

So please, just don´t put your whole magical vacation plans, on the bets that this hotel will open anytime soon.
