Renovated BWV room for my August trip?

I saw someone had mentioned that they are renovating rooms at the Boardwalk. What are the odds that I get one of these rooms for my August trip? I guess a simpler question would be, are they just starting, or are they a good chunk of the way through? If they are just starting and doing it slowly, I assume that my odds are low.

It started in May and will be finished in January, so by August they should be about half way. They started in the wing with the standard views and quiet pool.
