Renewing DVC AP and making fp's?

I just renewed DD's AP via phone and she has to pick up the pass at guest services. They did not give me a ticket # and she needs to make fp's for a late May trip ( her current AP expires May 18) is there a work around?? TIA

When you renew over the phone, they give you a will call number. Starts with the first three letters of your name. You enter that number into your mde account so you can make fast passes

Call DVC they can give you the AP ID anytime.
