Renewing AP, who to call?

Okay, so how stupid do I feel? I need to renew my husband and mine annual pass and purchase an annual pass for my DD4, but who do I call to get the DVC discount? I tried calling MS and the CM said she would have someone call me back?

That just doesn't sound right to me. Anyone have any input? Sorry if this has been asked before, but time is getting short and I like to have all my hens lined up.

Since you have internet access, you can simply do it through the DVC member web site. It will link you to a page that will give you the DVC discount. I did it. Took about 3 minutes and was a snap that way.

I never received my voucher, but went to DTD and had my tickets printed in no time at all.

I renewed mine last month. I called MS and was told I'd get a call back. Elizabeth called me 2 days later and took all of my info. About 2 weeks later, I received my voucher for my AP renewal with the DVC discount. You can order a new AP online, but I don't think they can handle renewals through the website.
