Renewing Annual Pass?

The deadline to renew my pass is this weekend and I have never done it online or by phone which I see are the 2 options.

I also noticed that my address is wrong. Just the street number, not the street.

Also I think my ap is linked to dh's my disney experience acct.

So should I call? If I try to do it online can I change my address so the magic band ships correctly?

Also can I do our fast passes for our trip next month using the exchange certificate or what kind of info do I need?
