O boy have I been bad.I havent even posted all weAkend!
Here goes if I can remeber it all................
Friday........
No breakfast
(L) turkey salami and cheese on a LC wrap..... and few swedish fish! ( youk now its the weAkend when the swedish fish come into the picture!)
(D) had friends over and boy did we eat! pigs in a blaket ( a blanket of Carbs that is) stuff mush. (stuffed with lots of carbs)
garlic bread and breshetta.......... and of course that carb fest wouldnt be complete unless we drank 4 bottles of wine!
Saturday
(B)two eggs bacon and atkins bread........
(L)salami provolone and pepperoni on Italian bread.......... dont know what I was thinking!
(D) spianch dip and LC wrap top off with a trip to friendlys...........
I really wenty nuts this weAkend........... I had a chocalet shake........
Sunday
No breakfast
(L) BBQ at friends house........one hot dog one hamburger both on LC wraps and one rib...
Then had a cup of coffe and a choclate donut!
(D) feeling lazy ans as if the screwed up may as well go for the gusto. I had another piece of Italin bread and made pizza with it!
I had a ring ding and few cookies through out the day too!!!!!!!!!
All in all a horrible weAkend but, I plan to make up for it all this week!
I amnot going to have any sweets from today Monday till friday!
I already ran 4 miles in 43 minutes and have had my breakfast, i plan on having a salad for dinner and then, I am off to bed early!
Till tomorrow or actually later tonight!
