sounds like you definitely had a nice little trip off the wagon
and when you say that we've all been there, oh believe me, yes we have. it's just so hard to stop once you start on a binge. like you said, we think "i've blown it already, why not make the most of it?" maybe we could try to work on that type of thinking. like, as soon as we eat something we shouldn't have, make that the new starting point, not wait for a new day. oh i don't know. maybe sometimes we just need to splurge for a day. i mean, in all reality, one day is not a big deal. we have to live our lives, and sometimes that means enjoying lots of food. as long as it's an occasional thing, it will not cause us harm. if we're in this for life, we definitely have to allow ourselves some days that will be worse than others. because this is not a diet. it is a new way of life
