HI all........its 200 sunday afternoon..........Almost didn't ever want to cmeback to journals after the last two days I had! lol.
Very bad choices......
Friday started out OK.
(B) one egg scrambled with bacon atkins bread and I ate a frenh toast stick. (remember, trying to increase the carbs a little) I ate that however with sugarfree syrup. And youll soon see I went a little nuts eating perhaps too many carbs!lol
(L) BK...hubby was home and we were out running around so we stopped to eat.
I ate a CX snadwich with half the bread. I took off the top half and had a few onions rings.
(D) I was so sick.............Not sure from what, we had a 24 hour thing going around so I wasnt sure if it was that or the BK that got me sick.
I did not eat anything for dinner but then my girlfriends cam over with a bottle of wine! OH NOOOOOOOO
Funny thing is, I never drink. I mean I know I have said this beofre but I have drank 3 times this past month, and beofre that it literally has to be years since I have drank no less drank too much!
See the thing is I am moving this summer to FL and my friends are a bit upset about this so there are trying to spend all the time they can with me LOL. but they really have to stop bringing the alcohol. lol
Anyway I felt better l;ater that night and have about 3 glasses of wine 2 glasses of vanilla vodka and cream soda... then we got hungry!!!!!!!!! OH NOOOOOOOO
so too drunk to drive we order dominos pizza
thankfully we all agreed onthe thin crust.......
which by the way (not rationalizing) is really REALLY thin!
Saturday morning, I woke up so sick and hung over everything went to $hit!
As sick as I felt, I was really really hungry.
Being that I had noithing to do with making breakfast, my hubby and brother in law went out for bagels.
OMG! I ate a half of everything bagel and half a sandwich (egg bacon and cheese) on a roll!. Welll after this I had that attitude like many of us do......well I screwed up already may as well do it up.
Next hubby and I had a falling out so, I packed up the kids and went to my friends house ( the one who got my drunk lol) she watched all thekids while I layed on her couch and then she broke out the food!
I ate fish sticks for the first timem ever. and like them. After that we watched TV and I saw someone eating a peanut butter and jelly snadwich well.......I had to have one. And all she had was potatoe bread!!!!!! Goodness
I finally had a enough strength to get myself together and drive us home and when I got here I really over did it. I felt I nned to eat all the bad stuff today so I can get back on the wagon tomorrow.
So I ate a breakfst burrito and 5 oreos and milk!
needless to say, I think I got it out of my system.
I did not drink any of my water the past two days nor did I exercise.
So today. I had my regualr breakfast and am on my second water.....
I plan to eat good the rest of day and week!!!!!!!!
