Remy sure thing/Palo maybe?

We had to postpone our cruise, and reschedule all booked activities. I am so disappointed that although we got better tasting class times and spa appointments, all Palo brunch times were gone. I was able to book Remy brunch. I know I read some adult dining slots are held for boarding passengers. What are my chances of getting Palo brunch embarkation day? Could I wait and cancel Remy brunch at that time if I did? I want to experience at least one of them, but Palo brunch menu sounded more appealing.

You can cancel your Remy brunch on boarding day or up to 24 hours before.

On our fantasy sailing last month, there was a huge waiting list for palo brunch. Our server said they opened up brunch on a non-sea day to try and seat some of them. Not all got a reservation.

I had never heard of a palo brunch waitlist. Pretty sure it would be an onboard waitlist!
