I have no photos, but I will tell you that Remy is most wonderful. You can find copies of the menu online at AllEars, I believe, though we found the menu had been tweaked a bit when we ate there two weeks ago.
Food: Exceptional. There were several dishes we wanted to try, and at our server's suggestion (Jerry), we wound up trying everything they had on the menu except the cheese course! Some items we enjoyed more than others, but every dish was not only gorgeously plated but was tasty, as well.
Service: Superb. From the moment you arrive to the second you leave, they pamper you. Service is very personal and subdued. We never wanted for more water; they bring you new silverware for each course; if you excuse yourself for a moment, they greet you tableside upon your return to scoot your chair in and replace the napkin in your lap; finished plates are removed promptly and quietly. There wasn't one false note the entire evening.
Ambience: Gorgeous. We had a table window-side, and we were able to see the sun set on the horizon--truly romantic. Meanwhile, the servers kept track of the sun being in our eyes and lowered/raised the blinds to ensure we could still see without being blinded. Linens are crisp, decor is upscale, and the chairs are extremely comfy. There is even a crystal Remy sitting on a chandelier as you enter the restaurant. Remy manages to be both cozy and opulent at the same time.
It was a sublime experience.
