First I know the options are not as extensive if at all on the 4 and 3 night cruises for Remy and Palo, but I cannot find what the limitations are. It seems to have varied over the years sometimes offered in Nassau sometimes not. I searched but could not find it

I am interested in knowing if the following meals are offered on the Dream 3-Night Standard Itinerary (Port Canaveral, Nassau, Castaway Cay, Port Canaveral) and the Dream 4-Night Itinerary (PC, Day at Sea, Castaway Cay, Nassau)

Remy Brunch
Remy Dinner
Remy Dessert

Palo Brunch
Palo Dinner

If they are offered what days are they offered and if necessary what times

For example, I am guessing the following:
Palo Dinner
3Night: Yes, Every Night Starting at 6ish
4Night: Yes, Every Night Starting at 6ish

Thank you.

You can expect both Palo and Remy to offer dinner each night of the cruise.

Brunch is not usually offered at either on the 3 day cruises, as there is no sea day. Occasionally, the Dream does do a 3 night without Nassau and brunch is available on the sea day. They have also occasionally offered brunch on Nassau day, but that has not been a consistent offering.

The dessert experience was not available on my last Dream sailing, which was a 4 night. I am under the impression that it is only on the Fantasy.

I don't know about the 3-night, but on my upcoming 4-night on the Dream they have Palo brunch, Remy brunch, and Remy dessert experience all on the sea day. I believe dinner is available every night, but I can only really vouch for it on Castaway Cay night (my first reservation!).

I am glad to hear it was expended to the Dream, reviews have been good for the dessert experience.

Thank you. How would I find out if brunch is offered on my particular 3DAY before the booking window opens?

You probably can't. Calling and asking can get you an incorrect answer. Or a correct one. But they only way to know for sure is once the booking window opens. Now, if you are in contact with someone on your cruise who has an earlier booking window than you, maybe they could look it up for you before your booking window opens.
