Remy menu changes coming?

With Chef Scott Hunnel retiring, I wonder if Remy will go the way of Enchanté on the Wish with a menu strictly by Chef Arnaud Lallement. While Chef Arnaud’s dishes are truly amazing, we liked the option to mix things up once in awhile.
