We will be in the world next week mon-fri and have scheduled lunch at Chefs de France on 10/27. Does Remy still consistently make his scheduled tableside appearances in the dining room?

Monday-Saturday at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 & 5:20pm
He appears at the times stated above.If you miss him because you are seated late or not in your seat, you miss him.He does not backtrack.Be aware that Les Chefs is one of those places that seats either at adr time or late.

We were there recently and I was worried that where we were being seated was past where Remy was and we would miss him. Our server said it was no problem that Remy wasn't going anywhere and that we would see him before we were done. They did in fact backtrack quite a bit from what we could see - it seemed like there was no rhyme or reason as to how they were moving throughout the restaurant at all. He did finally make it to our table. I would make sure you mention it at check-in and again to your server so they make sure he gets to your table..

Thank you both for the info. Glad to hear Remy is still appearing as he is one of my wife's favorites and she doesn't know about this.
