Remy Brunch Review

Thanks for the review. We have never done the brunches, and your review cemented my original choice in doing Remy. Can't wait.

I'd go just for those desserts they sound fantastic!

The Remy dessert experience is amazing and has a great wine pairing, including the Moet Ice, I think.

I'll have the check that out the desserts look so good. Are the ones reviewed here included?

It's not WAY too much dessert to do that? When do they offer it (I mean what time of day)?

I think when we did the dessert experience it was at about 3 pm. I shouldn't have eaten lunch that day beforehand or I would have been able to finish the last dessert - I got a few bits in but simply couldn't go on. I didn't find them too sweet which would have made it impossible to eat them all. My favourite was a ravioli stuffed with tropical fruits (mango, papaya, etc.) in a coconut "soup". I've no idea what desserts they do now; I'm sure it changes over time and depends on the pastry chefs. It was a really interesting experience to see how creative they can be. We did the wine pairing with it which was really amazing.

The desserts we had weren’t the same as in the brunch. I suspect they change over time but are different than the brunch.

It was 3:30-5pm on day 6 of a 7 night cruise. I didn’t feel it was too much dessert, but I like dessert. They are small and way tastier than anything else on the ship. We had breakfast, but I think we skipped lunch or just had something small. We also didn’t eat a ton at dinner. Part of that was because this was pretty far into the cruise. I always eat less as the cruise goes on.

Sounds like it is time for me to find another Fantasy cruise to go on simply so that I can Remy brunch.

I would like to state categorically that the selection of my upcoming cruise being on the Fantasy had absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with the potential to go to Remy 2-3 times. And you can't prove it to DH otherwise so that's my story and I'm sticking to it. It's merely a happy coincidence that I will be mentioning to him as I am booking it (I mean, after I have booked it).
