Remy at Chefs de France?

The site says that Remy is at the restaurant 6 days a week, but doesn't say what day he is NOT there???? Also, is he a miniature character? I'm a bit confused....

He is not there on Sunday's but there are other times he is not there and he takes one trip through the place at each appearance time- if for some reason you are not at the table there is no returning.

He is a miniature character that comes around on a cart.

His last time through of the day is just after 5 so very few dinner reservations will have a possibility of seeing him- he is mainly there for lunches.

REMY Info:

1) Inside Les Chefs de France.
2) Monday-Saturday at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 & 5:20pm
3) Visiting

. . . the cart makes one[]/u] trip around the eatery
. . . you must wait until he comes to your table *
. . . you cannot get up and go over to him, handlers make sure of this
. . . if you miss him, he does not make a second trip
. . . you must wait for the next scheduled time
. . . if your ADR is close to a scheduled time, be early
. . . you might be in line waiting for a table when he appears
. . . if so, you wait for the next scheduled trip

* If people gathered around the cart, it would clog the aisles. Also,
guests might be pressing their shorts and clothes against other guest's
tabletop and food (eewe, yuck, gross). Also, he is a temperamental little
critter, and occasionally does not appear at all, and with NO PRIOR NOTICE,
so use caution when promising him to little ones to avoid disappointment
