Removing someone from a package if they can't come?

I did a quick search but didn't find much info on this. I'm planning to go to WDW next summer with 2 of my daughters. There is a chance that one DD won't be able to make it but we likely won't know until only a month or 2 ahead so I'd like to get something booked before that. Is it possible to book a package for us all and remove her if she's unable to join us?

Yes. I would try to remove her prior to your package balance due date 30 days prior to arrival. In that case, they will simply remove her from the reservation. If you do it within 30 days of check-in, they may charge you a $50 change fee. Either way, as long as she isn't the lead guest, it's easy to remove her from the reservation.
