Is it possible to remove my ticket from my MDX account once I have already added it? I am not talking about reassigning it to a different person within my account, but removing it entirely so that I can add it to a different MDX account?
I tried de-activating the ticket and then adding the ticket number to the other MDX account, but that did not work.
