Remote Parking at LGA -Airpark?

In the past we've used Avistar but when we tried to call and make a reservation today for our trip in January they said we'd have to call back next week. Not wanting to wait and find out we can't get a reservation with them, DH booked one with Airpark. Has anyone used them before? Any problems I should know about? I did a search on the board but didn't find anything about them. Thanks!
