I've broken out my old "swap notebook" that I use to keep track of each one's due dates, mailing addresses, and what I'm doing for each one. The poor little thing hasn't been used since November! It's raring to go!

AlexWyattMommy - any possibility of a heads up as to what exactly your kit swap will entail? How many elements will make up a kit? I'm trying to figure if I'll be able to do both. I know I "need" to be in Nancy's Future World group. That's an underrepresented land in my swap stash.

I was wondering, too, what to expect out of Thursdays Epcot swaps.

1. Choose your pavilion/World or ride/Future for your kit
2. These kits will consist of 1 Topper, 2 Photo Mats, and 2 Elements of your choice. See list for more details.

1 Topper - 8 inches wide, 2 inches high, double matted and embellished
2 Photo Mats – 4-1/4 x 6-1/4 paper on top of 4-1/2 x 6-1/2 paper, embellish only if you wish
1 Journaling box - double matted and embellished, at least a 3 x 3 writing area
1 Tag - double matted and embellished, include either ribbon/fiber or eyelet in the hole, no smaller than 2 x 3, larger if you wish
2 Embellished Squares - double matted and embellished, 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 or larger if you wish
2 Slide Mounts – be creative here please
1 file folder and 2 bottle caps – folded folder should be no smaller than 2 x 3 and embellished
1 library pocket and tag – no smaller than 3 x 4, tag should have ribbon/fiber or eyelet in the hole
1 License Plate – be creative here
1 Shaker Box – be creative here
1 Paper Piecing – be creative here
1 Matted Song Lyric/Poem, or Quote about the pavilion/ride: Song Lyric/Poem/Quote area must be NO smaller than 2 ½ x 3 ½. It also can be vertical or horizontal double matted and embellished

Hi Lettie!

All you need to do is be on the boards on the morning of the sign up. There will be a thread for sign ups you just follow the directions on the thread to sign up. The date listed above is the date the sign ups will be posted.

If you have any other questions, you can PM the listed hostess and she can clarify for you.
