The easiest way I think is rte9 to the Jamaica Way. The turn for this is right after the Brookline Ave intersection. Then follow the Jamaica Way/Arbor way to Forest Hills. Google Maps should get you there fine, I just wanted to give you the general idea where it is.

I'll probably be flying through about 10:30 ish. I'm not familiar with the JamaicaWay so I'll be one of the typical Boston drivers today.
