Remind me, where were those big shrimp?

Were on the Eastern in 3/01 and I remember there being BIG shrimp in one of the restaurants at lunch the day we boarded.
Can someone remind me which restaurant they were in?!!!

They are at Parrot Cay and Topsiders/Beach Blanket Buffet. I know very well because my hubby always makes a total pig of himself with them!!!
But he finally had to say "uncle" last time...one of our former head servers was there and brought him a bowl loaded with those shrimp. He managed to get through it, but I thknk he finally had his fill (hee hee).

Where they just there the first day? Thats the only day I went into Parrot Cay for lunch. Usually stuck to the buffet.

Yep, it's at the embarkation lunch.
There are cold crab claws at the American Buffet. On the 4 and 7 day cruises, there is a seafood buffet for lunch one day...they might be there, too, but I can't remember for sure. But definitely for embarkation!

Yep...they're there on the 7-day's seafood buffet lunch, which was on Thursday.

And I think I might be wrong about the seafood buffet being on the four day...I just remembered that the other buffet besides American on the Wonder is the Oriental buffet. Made-to-order stir fry...yum!

So happy I've discovered this board. So much great info. Just found out, too that reservations for Palo's is in Rockin D Bar. I would have headed up to Palo's just like the last time.....
Any more good food tips?

one night they also have , like a shrimp cocktail appitizer
it had cocktail shrimp on it and some others,
did u know that if u have something at one evening meal, u can ask for it at the next, even though u r in a different restruant
i really enjoyed the shrimp app. and had server get it for me the next night also... from the other restruant
they r cool like that............. peter
