Sorry to ask again as a kind soul gave me the info last year but I misplaced it - you should see my desk!
Background info: I'm taking Ashley, Desirea and Melody on their first trip to WDW at the end of May. It's my treat to these three lovely young women (12 1/2, 13 1/2 and 15). They lost their mom several years ago and are being raised by my cousin and his wife (who is their great aunt). They're a wonderful couple but with their family business and the extra work it takes to raise a bigger family they haven't had a chance to go on a "real" vacation. The girls have always wanted to see Disney so its my treat. And their folks get some adolescent-free time together at home.
Desirea has PKU so of course her diet is extremely low in protein.
I've extended the trip to 9 nights so they can do WDW right and see SeaWorld so my budget is stretched to the max+. I won't have a lot of $$ for sitdown meals. I need to decide where to make PSs for a couple of meals and I also need to contact WDW to find out the protein content in some of their "normal" foods.
So finally here are my questions: Any suggestions of restaurants the girls might like - they're not picky eaters - where the chef would prepare a "low pro" meal for Desirea? I was considering H&V for the Fantasmic dinner package and I know the girls would love one character meal too.
And could someone again provide me with the number(s) I need to request nutritional info on "fast" foods available in the parks.
We've been planning this trip for SO long and it's finally coming up!
Thanks again for your help.
