It happens.

You are under 7 months, it is a small resort, and it still hasn't sold out (has it? not paying attention), which means not all the room inventory has moved over to dvc. So there is even less inventory.

Here's what you do. The previous poster was right, talk to your guide. if that doesn't work, find a time where you can stay somewhere else and just get on the waiting list for BLT. You'll probably get it. If you don't, you bought points to stay there for like the next 50 years, so you will have plenty of opportunities. I know that probably sounds harsh, but this is probably the only time that you'll be up against that short window to book the room - make the best of it, think of it as a bonus and have a good time.

FWIW, I've been in the same spot when we bought at beach club - it seemed so nuts that there were rooms for cash available but not for points. That seems like forever ago and not a big deal now.
