Worst of all...I was there in the middle of the transformation. So it was neither cake nor castle.

Me too. I didn't see Stitch's day live, just on Resort TV, but thought it was funny. And I LOVE the Castle now! But when I took my 2 best friends for a day trip to MK back in 1996, I kept apologizing for how the Castle looked. One of them had never been to WDW before, and I felt so sorry for her that it looked that way her first time. I think it was a clever idea and probably looked great on the drawing board, but I hated it in real life.funhouse8 said:Didn't love the cake but thought Stich's day was great and the Castle looks beautiful now.

We were there during transformation too. It was my dh's first time there, but I had been there before...we joked about the hideous pink thing where the castle belonged for quite a while!durango kid said:Worst of all...I was there in the middle of the transformation.
