Remember West Coast Folks...and spoiler- vision

Hi Folks...

Please remember that us West Coast Folks might not want to know the spoiler info on some TV shows....

Do you think if you could date your thread on TV shows... that it might help to prevent some of us from finding out who got booted, who was chosen, who ate what gross thing.... LOL....... before it airs here on the West Coast. ???

I have been on the Dis long enough to know NOT to click on threads having to do with some of my favorite shows.. but sometimes there are multiple threads on the same topic.. and I almost found out who was the Mole....... LOL...LOL or who got booted on the Bachelor. and you know how testy we get when we accidently find out who got tossed on American Idol.

I know, I know.... it is a funny little request.... Have a good night and sleep tight Central and Eastern US residents!

On the other hand....

We love it when you post about a show that just started (especially when it's about Disney) or that you just watched.....and we still get to see it!

I had to stay off the boards the night of the Golden Globes! LOL

I was looking through the threads and noticed The Mole thread by CBR saying she knew who the mole was all along.... I of course couldn't open it because I hadnt watched it yet but I WAS racking my brain trying to remember who she thought it was!

I find it disappointing to come on to discuss a show and find everyone was afraid not to talk about it. I say post away - we're smart enough not to click on those threads. We've come such a long way - remember the days when people were posting who won Olympic events and who got booted from Survivor in the thread TITLES? Now THAT was irritating!

I personally would like to see dated threads though. I hate the long running threads because I have to click on last post and then sort back through the posts to figure out where to start reading.

Now I have to add - I just scrolled down and saw the thread title for the mole. I have been irritated when I found out the surprise by that kind of thread title. If you've been following the thread, you know the surprise by who posted it. Thankfully I haven't been watching the mole, because it's on right now here and it would have been spoiled.

I agree...I don't want anyone to be AFRAID of posting or discussing their choices...... I just suggested that dating the post on the thread title would help avoid confusion.

and ya.. I remember when the titles of threads included the winners/losers.. that was really difficult.

anyway I did not want to start a fuss, just thought it might help others if current date of thread was included...
