Remember....today DCL suspends reservations at website until March 9

Its nice to know they worked on it and and improved the ability for it to log you off on its own when trying to look at my reservations, trying to find a cruise, or just about anything else.

Its also nice to see the familiar dwarfs when it doesn't log you off automatically. Just reminds you that Disney is in the entertainment sector and that has nothing to do with the internet or communications. I've seen the dwarfs more today than I have in the last month trying to check in for a 5 night on the wonder end of the month.

Anyone else still have the Cancel button of their Plans grayed out this morning?
 
Today, I'm getting Dory saying "Nothing fishy happening here. We’re performing routine maintenance on our reservation system. Please find your way back in a few minutes or just keep swimming to information about our cruise destinations."

I wrote to the DCL Help Center about this issue and was told to wait until next week. Here's the message:

We appreciate you reaching out and apologize for the challenges. We are aware of the issue you are describing and our teams are working to resolve this.

If there is no immediate need to cancel the activity, please check back again next week. If you would like to speak with someone about cancelling any activities prior to then, feel free to give us a call at 1-800-951-3532 (available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday through Sunday).
 
Yeah, so I logged in today to reserve kids activities for my paid-in-full Baha cruise and it now says NOT paid in full...with a mystery charge of $478! I haven't added anything to warrant this and I was absolutely paid in full as of two months ago. I cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone or in live chat, been trying all morning.

In another twist of sheer weirdness it also says 'final payment due by January 2022' when the cruise is next month. All the cancel buttons are grayed out for me too. Can't do anything, and my daughter's Boutique reservation has vanished. I'm at a loss.

Did you book any excursions? If so that charge might be for them. They are not supposed to show up as a charge beforehand but some are saying that’s what the mysterious charge is when they add up excursions. I got a weird 45 dollar charge after being paid in full which I think is Palo. Good luck
 
The new website isn't working as of today either. It won't accept payments and when I tried to call I got a busy signal! It looks like the updates created a lot of problems!
