Well I thought it might be done by Randy Noble (he did the Happy Haunts Sculptures). So I aske Larry to see if he could find something out for me. Well with all his contacts he was able to find this out for me. Thanks buddy... Here is part of the email he sent me.
It's so nice to hear from you! This Haunted Mansion Snowglobe was designed by Disney Artist Jason Bahret. Jason has designed thousands of things for Disney for nearly 25 years. He started out, like I did, as a young sculptor and model builder for Disneyland Entertainment. He designed many of the original large character figures that decorated Disney Store windows during the late '80s and early '90s. He also has sculpted many figures for Disneyland's Main Street Emporium widows (Beauty and the Beast, etc.) He is the most friendly guy in the Company and extrememly talented!
