I had not initially intended to contact WDW on this matter. Figured maybe I was just an isolated incident. :confused3 My sister got back last month, and while she didn't have the same odd incidents with the mousekeeper that I had, her cabin was still dusty and dirty, there was mold behind the kitchen sink and there were some maintenance issues in her cabin. We both decided we would contact Disney at the same time, bringing this to Disney's attention.

I heard back from Disney the other day. I received a call from the executives offices and spoke to a very nice CM. She said that my letter had been taken very seriously...it made it all the way to top! :thumbsup2 Disney has arranged for me, the next time I vacation there, special "VIP Cleaning" - her words not mine - never heard of it!! As soon as I make my reservations for our next trip, I am to call this number and all arrangements will be made. Also, they are going to reimburse me 15% of the cost of Dec's trip!!

What I made clear to this CM was what bothered me more than the dust was the attitude of the mousekeeper that we had. Despite the fact that I had called the front desk 2 or 3 times, she didn't seem to care! It got worse once I called and by the way she was leaving the cabin, she made it clear to me that she wasn't happy with us! She either didn't care if she was going to get in trouble...or just simply knew she WOULDN'T! Right down to our last day there, we would find the vacuum out, the broom out, beds not always made..........coffee being left in the bathroom................ :rolleyes1
