Wow.. brings back memories! I still love a good bag of sixlets. There used to be the jolly rancher factory in denver, colorado. When we went to visit inlaws, i'd go there and they had a little candy store. Could get a pound of those sixlets for $1 or something, was nuts! They closed down a couple years ago :-(
If you have a Cracker Barrel restaurant along any of your highways you can find a lot of this old time candy there. I bought Chuckles myself not 2 months ago. Not the candy cig. though! I remember having them, but never tried a real one. I don't know what the chick-o stix are either.
Yep, I remember all of those except the Chick-o-Stick, never heard of those.
I have fond memories of bubble gum cigarettes, you could blow on them and "smoke" (corn startch or powdered sugar) would come out! I also remember bubble gum cigars!!! This was in the 80's, it must have been right before they stoped making them.
