Remember the AmEx Cobalt Card?

I signed up for this and cannot get it funded no matter what I do.

I seem to remember others having this problem before. If you were one who did, how did you finally solve the problem or did you?

Customer Service there is worthless.

I tried to fund mine for the second time using a credit card that I had already added as a funding source. I kept getting an error page. Will try again next week, but I would like to hear of other people's experiences.

I haven't funded mine in awhile, but initially I was having trouble. The only way I could get it to fund was to click on one of the pre-defined amounts. I never could get it to work for the blank where you enter your own amount, even though it was a multiple of $20.
