Remember Monte Cristo sandwich from years ago?

The monte cristos at Columbia Harbor House were great! The ones at Bennigans aren't bad, either.

I've made them at home a few times, but it's just not the same.

DH had one at Olivia's at OKW in November.

We didn't eat there in April when we were staying at OKW.

I just looked at the menus on allearsnet.com and it isn't appearing on the lunch menu right now.

I wouldn't put it past them to make it for you if you asked though. It was very good.

If my memory serves me correctly (and sometimes it don't!!) I first had this sandwich waaay back in 1982 on Main Street in WDW. I can't remember the name of the restaurant...it is where Tony's is now. That sandwich was the best!! I was so disappointed when it disappeared. The last time I had one was is 1997 at DL. OMG!
Now, I can only get them when I go to Bennigan's, which is not too often.
