No "on hold cue". Just straight in . It appears that at least two of the lines in the rotary are not picking up. (I actually had two lines ringing at once at one point that both went to the "no one is answering" recording.

Hey guys - I just hung up with them, after giving a West Coast update. Keep sticking it out! I managed to get through after trying about 12 times.

Ferris and Julie are there - he's asleep - what a little sweetheart.
