Remeber the 6pm Flip video camera...

well, I got my box today. It looked as if someone had sat on it, and there were parts of the label all over the box. I had a sinking feeling as I opened the box. I had ordered two pair of shoes, the Flip, and some skull candy headphones. One shoe box was opened, the other was sealed. No Flip, no headphones. I contacted 6pm, with a photo of the outside of the box, and will hear from them in approx 3 days. We were home when the box was delivered, so I know it was not any of our neighbors. I have never had anything like this happen. Any suggestions?

How was the packaged delivered? UPS, Fed Ex, US Mail...hopefully not the US Mail....I would however, even if it's the US Mail, find out the procedures for filing a mis handled product claim.

My box was not sealed very well from them at all! One Flip has the seal on the box opened, which I was not very happy about! I guess I better make sure there is no video from a previous owner on there!

How much was the head phone? They have them today for $18.95.

My Flip arrived from 6pm nicely packaged and sealed with all of the components in place. I would file a claim with USPS or who ever delivered it.
