So here is what the week looked like. Kind of light on miles again....
Monday: Taught 3 classes....did way too much in all those classes.
Tuesday: 3 Mile Run; 1.5 hours with my Pilates Trainer; Taught 2 classes
Wednesday: Hour Spinning Class; Hour advanced level mat Pilates class
Thursday: 4 Mile run; Taught and Took Pilates Fusion Class (weights/yoga/pilates)
Friday: Taught another Pilates Fusion Flow Class. By now my shoulder is throbbing

. Took the rest of the day off.
Saturday: Taught Pilates...took the rest of the day off.
Sunday: 6 Mile Run in 59:56...just barely under a 10 mpm. Felt very tired.
So....13 miles running....many hours working out in total. Just a long week.
Next week I plan to...
take another Spin Class; Run 13+ Miles; Take one each yoga, pilates mat, pilates apparatus class. And of course teach 8 classes this week. Hope I don't feel as bad this time around. I have to figure out if this is going to work for me...maybe I need to reassess my workouts, etc.
