Relaxing day in between park days .. ideas?

Not sure about your age and stamina but we love spending a quiet day sleeping in. We always have a car so we might drive to a local minor draw. My husband likes malls so we have gone to Southcoast plaza. We also like to go to museums. There are many worth-wile museums in the La area. But we are back at the hotel early afternoon and then a nice dinner at Disney or the White House in Anaheim.

I forgot that was even there. I do wish they would open up a small theater where the AMC theaters were. Just a couple of screens would be great. We would go to the movies 2 or 3 times every visit to the parks. Nice way to get away from crowds during the heat of the day too.

Disney should just run old classics out of there ...probably would make a killing just by doing that.

The AMC is now open at GardenWalk. Not quite the same as having the theater in DTD (and we miss that, too -- ending a DLR date night with a late movie was a tradition for us!), but GW isn't far to walk -- and there are restaurants there, too. So that might be another option for the OP.
