Great update Keith! I love the stare down photo. I didn't even remember it. Is this when Joshua started with Short Round and Dr. Jones? Okay, Michael just said it was. And who knew you spoka duh Spanich?!

Joshua can imitate Short Round from the 2nd Indiana Jones movie like no one's bidnez. I think I ended up paying him over $20 during the course of the trip trying to get him to say: You said stay Dr. Jones and Hey lady you call, him Dr. Jones! Even know, I will cry laughing when he does it!


Dawn, marrow is so yummy. I know, I know, ewwww................... But it's rich and full of flavor. I have eaten it all my life. Nothing went to waste during dinner when I was growing up. I spent lots of time with my grandma, full blooded ornery Hungarian granny, and trust me, no food went to waste.

I used to have a boss who would clean his glasses by licking them. Actually it was worse than that -- he'd put each lens in his mouth, one at a time, then wipe them with his tie. Food porn is hot! I adore the look on Michael's face. He is thinking: I am one lucky man or my wife is a Scotish donkey! Or both!


It was the best having Keith be able to text when the bus was there. We were truly spoiled in all ways on this trip!

Tracy, I am very in favor of the fast food tour 2009! (I think I've already started--I just need everyone to join me!)

Okay, I started too! I did it. I actually drove across the border, on a Friday evening, just to find the Sonic. The US border guard was laughing her butt off at me on the way into the US. The Canadian guard was just confused on the way back as he had never heard of it. I extolled the virtues of Sonic with such enthusiasm that he asked me for directions! I am sure the people lined up behind me at the border were very impressed! Of course if they could have HEARD the conversation, they would have understood!

So I sucked it up and got in line, all along cringing at the warnings about how people with fear of heights, motion sickness, etc shouldn't ride.

I started to worry when they announced those warnings since I had assured you that it wasn't bad!

By the end of the ride I had them only half closed and had loosened the death grip on Nate. I still think he may have some fingernail marks in his arm. I did love the pine & orange smells and find myself missing that now.

You were so brave!

I decided to check out the fitness room since I decide that I can still try to lose weight on vacation. Nate took the kids in the pool and I did 45 minutes on the treadmill. Funny, but I was the only one in there.

I didn't know you went to the gym! You are hard core!

While everyone was riding Test Track, Tracy and I went back over to ride Soarin' again. She was gracious enough to ride in the second row with me. The cast member thought we were nuts bypassing the available first row seats. I was able to handle keeping my eyes open this time.

It was fun riding with you! Yeah, they kept offering us first row and were very confused that we kept refusing!

Everyone except Nate had headed back to the room already, but Nate waited for Tracy & I to drive us back.

Let me just say that the personal driver was SOOOOO much better than the bus!

I think Nate was probably either debating whether to ask her out as he was envisioning himself single again or deciding that he didn't want to deal with another woman in his life ever again because we are all just moody (w)itches!

Trust me, you SO don't! It was the longest walk ever to the main building. Like LONG.

Oh Tracy, the thought of you crossing the border for Sonic makes me all happy inside. Plus, it sounds like you've inspired an entire nation (or at least one border guard) to follow you! Canada will probably build a statue of you or something.

Also, I am mega jealous about DL. Last night, I told DH that we should drive down one of these days (only a quick 10+ hour jaunt) so we can see the new fireworks show.

I forgot to add that I was texting with Tracy as she was waiting to cross into Sonic Country. When asked what she was going to get, her response was chili cheese anything!!!!!
