And you don't ramble and talk donkey excrement! besides you dazzle all of us Americans with your foreign language!:)

:rotfl2:Yep well done young Skywalker you solved the riddle of the Glaswegian blether:lmao: Winch(adj) - to winch, to kiss, to snogg.....eg "she wiz pure winchin' the face off that lad all night....slapper!!!"

(slapper (n):- a female of questionable virtue ;):rotfl:)

I may do a wee TR especially for your goodself and smother it in Glasgow slang:lmao:

I love learning new words that I can wow my family with.:rotfl2:

I was watching a late night show, the host is Scottish and he had Gerard Butler (I need a drooling smilie) on.
when Gerard came out he showed a card Craig left in his dressing room.
It said welcome back numpty.......they didn't explain what that means very well.

numptie or numpty (n) pronounced numb-tea
a moron, a useless individual.
See that John Swinney? He's a right numpty, see that Jack McConnel? He's a real numpty. "Haw numpty, whit di ye think yer playin' at?" - "Excuse me person of very little intellegence, what are you doing?"

Hope that clears things up Cherie :lmao:

Gerry Butler "he'd pure get it by the way!!" ;):rotfl2: ...bet it doesn't take much to work out what that means:lmao:

Oh ladies, how did I miss all the fun???? :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:

If they don't hire you they are BIG FAT KNOBS!!!!

Kirsteen, you best be writing a trippie! It doesn't take any confidence, it just takes commitment and the will to bather on endlessly. ;)

If I can write a TR anyone can.

...not ANYONE can write a good TR, you guys here are all VERY gifted storytellers...and don't let me hear anyone saying otherwise!!!!

I'll maybe give it a bash, I was toying with the idea and have a kindof title in mind...I was also tossing about the idea of adding a wee "Jakey's Guide to the World" at the end of each day as I intend to try a different cocktail every day. Hmmm we'll see:confused:...something else for me to obsesse over :lmao:

Anyway anyone got plans for the weekend? We're going up to Auchterarder to Donny's DSis and her hubbies....just so that I can practice getting the swalley down my neck for our trip ;):rotfl:

Hi Jordan - I was just reading your trip report and it's fabulous! I really like how detailed you are. It's so nice that you have such great memories! What a sense of humor you have too, I've laughed quite a few times and I'm only through part 1!
I definitely don't think I have the talent for doing the TR, but who knows I may give it a whirl in 57 days!

I agree Jordan is a very talented writer:worship:...I think you should give though (go on..if you do, I might do ;):rotfl:)

Hmmm - tempting! I think the problem will be that I'm not good at taking detailed notes and when I get home from a long day at the park I want to lay down and cool down, then as they say in the business, it's all down hill from there. I've read your posts and you are very talented yourself! I would love to read your TR! You go first!:cheer2:

I don't take very detailed notes, but I do cary a little notebook with me that I can jot things down while waiting in lines or at dinner. Between that and pictures I'm usually pretty good at remembering everything.

I've read your TR and thought it was great! I just finished Jordan's and thought the pics with your "flat winker" were hilarious! I may give it a try but we'll see. Maybe I'll suprise myself. The notebook is a great idea, I think you may have added a another whole aspect to our trip! Thanks!:teacher:

Happy Pioneer Day to Jenny and Cherie too!

This is my second favorite holiday of the year. We have a little celebration at the park, and it's a good time.

I hope everyone had a good day, whether it was a holiday for you or not! :goodvibes

Er, I have not. Where might one find a link to the pics of said obstacles? I'll try Google, but if you have a link handy...
Did you find it? It's on the main EE web page but here's the link

Kirsteen wow you're so close and you have to write a TR blimey if I can then you can, actually Jess did the last one so you definitely can :thumbsup2

Happy Saturday friends! :grouphug: Just trying to beat the heat here. Gabby was in a parade this morning for her comp soccer team, I walked 3 miles, did a little back-to-school shopping for the kids, and now I am pooped. ;) Hope you are all having a beautiful weekend! :goodvibes

I spent the day helping with a reception after a memorial service....over 400 folks and alot of old friends and family were there...sad, but nice at the same time. I then stuck around to do a few hours of work...

I'm pooped too.
