Well this is half on-topic and half off-topic 
After each visit to WDW during the summer, we have a craving for Wolfgang Puck once we return to Bergen County, NJ!
LUCKILY....Wolfgang Puck Express opened two or so years ago in Hoboken on the beautiful waterfront! Each year we would go and have our delicious chicken, pizza, cheese quesadilla.
Well today rolls around and it had been about two weeks since we ate at Wolfgang Puck down in Walt Disney World. During our visit, I became ADDICTED to creme brulee! Well guess what, I had to have some today! Unfortunetly with all the regular food we ate, I was FULL by the time dessert time came.
I went to the register and the chef just so happened to ring us up. I asked if it was possible to get the creme brulee to go and didn't expect a yes. After a delayed response of "welllllllll usually we can't but for you we will" I had my order placed. My dad joked with him and mentioned our recent visit to the WDW Wolfgang which he said was cool. He then went on to make it in front of us, with the torch hardening the top layer! Well to my surprise when my parents handed me the bag with the brulee, he ended up giving us the actual ceramic piece they usually serve when you eat it at the store.
It was great to first experience something that reminds us of Walt Disney World, but it was EVEN BETTER to experience Disney like service and "go out of the way attitude" outside of Disney!
Made today great and now I'm craving MORE!!!!
