I thought it dropped from around 1700 to around 1500.

I wonder if some of it is getting ready to think about not paying dues for next year, and the fact the market had become tighter and tighter. Some people who wanted to sell a few months ago might have hoped ROFR was coming back, and after waiting a few months think it isn’t And figure time to sell now before the glut arrives at the end of the year.

Are prices starting to go up? We just closed on SSR at 95 with a loaded contract and it only took 24 hours to get a yes at that rate. Maybe we just got lucky...

After that one we moved on and have agreed to $99 with another seller for 130 points, about half of the 2023 points remaining. So I’m not sure. This is our first try at buying resale.

You need to go in and exclude the non-WDW resorts to get the figure that I have been bandying about e.g. 2700+ down to 1400 and now up to 1600+
