Reindeer Round Up Hours?

I keep searching Disneyland.com, but their page on the Reindeer Round Up is down, and has been for weeks. Does anyone know if there are specific hours to meet Santa at the Reindeer Round Up, or can we head there immediately upon entry to get in before the line is too crazy?
